Job summary

The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is seeking a Workday Analyst to serve as a techno-functional SME in deploying and supporting Workday solutions. You will advise, design, configure, document, and test to ensure projects meet operational and strategic goals.

With expertise in core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and related areas, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to implement effective solutions, integrate systems, and enable end-user proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with Workday in a consulting or support role.
• Experience with core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent Optimization required.
• Workday Pro certification is preferred (ex. Human Capital Management; Payroll, Absence and Timekeeping)

Responsibilities

• Support Workday by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of several Workday functional areas such as core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Integrations, and Security.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Configure Workday to align with organizational processes and requirements.
• Integrate Workday with other Board of Pensions and third‑party systems.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proficiency in Workday capabilities.
• Manage feature releases with minimal disruption and maximum benefit.
• Leverage Workday reporting to extract insights for decision making across departments.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to team members.
