The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is seeking a Workday Analyst to serve as a techno-functional SME in deploying and supporting Workday solutions. You will advise, design, configure, document, and test to ensure projects meet operational and strategic goals.
With expertise in core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and related areas, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to implement effective solutions, integrate systems, and enable end-user proficiency.
The Workday Analyst serves as a techno-functional SME in the deployment and support of Workday solutions by advising, designing, configuring, documenting, and testing to ensure that projects are completed and issues are resolved while meeting the operational and strategic goals of the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). A mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, technical expertise, and collaboration is needed to effectively achieve successful results. The Workday Analyst is a SME in at least four functional areas within Workday (including core HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking) and is able to balance multiple priorities at the same time.
