SRS Heritage Group in the United States is seeking a Workday Analyst to optimize our HRIS and deliver integrated HR services for payroll, talent, recruiting, and learning. You will configure, update, and improve Workday processes in collaboration with HR and IT teams to boost efficiency and user experience at our McKinney, TX office and across functions.

You should have Workday module expertise, a bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years in relevant modules.

  • Manage and optimize HRIS Workday systems in a comprehensive, service-oriented environment to align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective configuration, updating, and continuous improvement of the Workday system.
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, providing specialized knowledge and insights to drive business processes in HR, payroll, talent management, recruiting, and learning.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols within the Workday environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes by leveraging Workday's advanced technical features, focusing on user-friendly solutions to improve overall user experience.
  • Execute timely system updates and configuration changes in Workday modules, including HCM, compensation, and time tracking, to support dynamic business needs.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions for end-users to enhance their knowledge and maximize system utilization across multiple HR functions.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive initiatives aligned with the company's vision and mission.

The Workday Analyst at SRS Heritage Group is pivotal in optimizing our HRIS systems to enhance service delivery and integration for our business customers. This role demands a collaborative approach to configure, update, and improve Workday processes, thereby directly impacting operational efficiency and user experience across multiple HR functions, including payroll, talent management, recruiting, and more. With proven expertise in Workday modules, the successful candidate will drive innovation and excellence within the Best-in-Class HR team at our state-of-the-art corporate office, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Direct Manager Direct Reports:

The Workday Analyst at SRS Heritage Group reports directly to the HRIS Leader. This position does not have any direct reports and functions as an integral team member within the HR department, focusing on optimizing the Workday system for the organization.

Travel Requirements:

The Workday Analyst position at SRS Heritage Group requires minimal travel, with occasional trips necessary for team meetings or training sessions as determined by management to ensure effective collaboration and skill development.

Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Certification and Workday Proficiency:

Workday PRO Certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Workday modules:
