Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integrations Principal Consultant to lead integration workstreams within our Global AMS practice. The role emphasizes strong functional and business acumen, collaboration, and a results‑oriented mindset across global delivery teams.

You will oversee onshore integration workstreams, drive AMS methodologies, mentor consultants, and provide SME guidance on Workday best practices while contributing to proposals and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience in managed services within a global delivery model.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday Integrations.
• Workday certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onshore integration workstream for assigned accounts.
• Ensure certification in Integration & Workday Studio.
• Apply and execute AMS methodologies and activities across Workday AMS engagements.
• Collaborate with the offshore team on day‑to‑day activities, incidents, root‑cause analysis, and other work requests.
• Provide on‑call support and holiday coverage as required.
• Drive trend analysis, service‑improvement initiatives, and value‑add projects.
• Develop and maintain practice assets and tools.
• Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge to grow the practice.
• Lead a team of consultants across multiple engagements.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions for complex problems.
• Become a deep‑knowledge expert in integration builds and future product direction.
