Job summary

Experis is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Technical Developer / Engineer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) to join our HRIT team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced compensation solutions within Workday, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and mentor junior colleagues in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development of advanced compensation solutions in Workday.
Support and enhance Workday integrations with Studio and BIRT reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and debug technical solutions addressing compensation challenges.
Mentor junior team members and act as a technical escalation point.
Support system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
