Flywire, a global fintech payments company, seeks a skilled Workday Administrator to own the health, configuration, and optimization of our Workday ecosystem, primarily HCM with exposure to Financial Management. • 5+ years in Workday administration focused on HCM.
• Experience with Financial Management modules is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical requirements to business terms.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday HCM platform.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Engineering on integrations and automation.
• Manage security groups, tenant maintenance, and releases.
• Develop and maintain Workday SOPs and documentation.
• Design and support reports and analytics for leadership.
• Develop vendor integrations (EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors).
• Lead major Workday initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Promote continuous improvement with new Workday features.
