Job summary

Flywire is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to own the health, configuration, and optimization of our Workday ecosystem, mainly HCM with occasional Financials exposure. You will bridge HR, Finance, and Engineering, ensure secure, integrated enterprise systems, and lead enhancements across the platform.

The successful candidate will manage security, reporting, and vendor integrations, while championing continuous improvement and system adoption across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday administration experience, especially HCM.
• Experience supporting Financial Management modules is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Data-driven with a focus on automation and system optimization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Workday HCM configurations post-implementation.
• Lead security groups and tenant maintenance.
• Manage and test Workday releases and updates.
• Develop and maintain vendor integrations (EIBs, Studio).
• Design and support reporting and analytics for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Engineering on system initiatives.
