Job summary

Flywire, a global payments enablement company, seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager focused on internal HCM systems (Workday) to lead enterprise initiatives and mentor teams. You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, translate complex challenges into actionable plans, and drive delivery across the product lifecycle.

You will influence architecture, governance, and analytics, while championing Agile practices and fostering growth within a diverse Flywire organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management with enterprise tech focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Strong executive communication with C-suite exposure.
• Experience with Agile at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for enterprise system areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-value technology investments.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Establish metrics frameworks and use data to drive decisions.
• Influence platform architecture for scalability and security.
• Champion Agile practices and mentor teams in product management.
• Represent product management in architecture reviews and governance forums.
• Build relationships with vendors and assess roadmap commitments.
