Job summary

MTN is seeking a Workday Administrator to serve as the technical steward for our global HRIS platform. Based in Fort Lauderdale, you will be the first line of defense for HRIS requests and collaborate with an implementation vendor on advanced solutions.

You will own security, reporting, data integrity, and ongoing system optimization, ensuring smooth changes from development through deployment within a governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, IT, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday HCM administration and configuration.
• Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Matrix/Composite Reports, and Dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the Workday platform, including security roles and data privacy compliance.
• Design, build, and run HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support executive decisions.
• Coordinate data migration, verification, and user acceptance testing during deployment and updates.
• Act as the primary internal lead and bridge with the implementation partner for system solutions and governance.
• Manage change control, training materials, and documentation related to Workday deployments.
