Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to own integrations, Studio, and Projects within a remote, U.S.-based setup. This 1099 independent contractor role will focus on configuring Workday security, BPs, and reporting, while supporting data loads and audits.

The position reports to the HCM Manager and starts ASAP for an initial 6‑month term with potential conversion. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration, a Workday HCM certification, and strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Workday Business Processes and security.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for operations.
• Manage data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Monitor Workday releases, coordinate UAT and testing.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
