Job summary

Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions-Workday teams lead market‑leading FP&A and Adaptive Planning implementations across multiple industries. As a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders and Deloitte colleagues on large, end-to-end delivery of value-driven ERP solutions.

You will steer client relationships, oversee multiple workstreams, and guide strategic decision-making while identifying opportunities for additional business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or industry experience.
• Minimum 8 years of EPM project implementations with at least 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification or related certification.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Provide guidance across workstreams, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables and user training.
• Business Development: Develop relationships with decision makers and contribute to proposals.
