Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of EPM project implementations with at least 4 years in Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification or progress toward it after joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Establish trusted advisor status and guide cross-functional workstreams to deliver value.
• Business Development: Maintain top client relationships and participate in proposal development processes.
