Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager in the Emerging ERP Solutions practice to lead large-scale FP&A implementations using our adaptive approach.

You will guide senior client engagements and delivery leadership across multiple workstreams, shaping requirements, designing as-is/to-be processes, and mentoring teams while traveling up to 50% to client sites. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of EPM project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification or plan to obtain upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Lead and guide multiple workstreams, ensure timely deliverables, and manage risks and issues.
• Business Development: Engage with top clients, support pursuit teams, and contribute to proposals.
