Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead enterprise FP&A transformations using a flexible, integrated implementation approach. You will work with client teams and Deloitte colleagues to deliver value across full lifecycle ERP projects.

The role requires 8+ years in consulting or industry, hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning exp, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
8+ years of EPM project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects.
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
Workday Adaptive Planning certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies with them to gain tangible benefits to the business using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
