Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A, or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, reporting, dashboards, security, and scenario planning.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery to deployment, within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning needs, and KPIs.
• Act as solution lead for planning implementations, guiding design, security, and reporting frameworks.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and OfficeConnect components.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Mentor project teams and support business development activities with clients.
