Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead client engagements and delivery teams within Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will drive successful projects from discovery to deployment, aligning with client needs, scope, and timelines.

You will design and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, oversee integrations, mentor teams, and contribute to business development. Strong communication and finance analytics experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Provide guidance on model design, security, reporting, workforce and scenario planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure integration solutions meet client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, and client expectations.
