Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead client engagements, guide delivery teams, and ensure successful implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning across finance functions.

The role requires 5+ years in EPM/FP&A, 4+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, strong JavaScript/SQL skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• 4+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Coordinate client sessions to capture processes, requirements, and metrics.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and security.
• Oversee integrations with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
• Provide guidance on integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Mentor teams and support business development efforts.
• Travel up to ~20% as needed.
