• Manage implementation and optimization engagements as solution lead.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Provide guidance on design, security, reporting, and scenario planning.
• Mentor teams, manage risks, and support business development activities.
