Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting required.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL, with ability to troubleshoot data integrations and configurations.
• Travel up to 20% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning engagements, guiding model design, security, reporting, and scenario planning.
