Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead client engagements, drive delivery, and mentor teams as you implement Workday Adaptive Planning to improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in EPM/FP&A, 4+ years Workday Adaptive Planning, and experience with JavaScript and SQL integrations. Travel around 20% is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client workshops to define requirements, processes, and metrics.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
