Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL, plus data integrations.
• Strong communication and client-management skills; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including sheets, versions, dimensions, security, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, and scenario planning.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other integration platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, resource assignments, and client expectations.
• Review project deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor.
• Mentor and guide team members; support their development.
• Support business development through proposals, demos, scoping, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to development of methodologies and reusable assets.
• Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning enhancements and industry trends.
