Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead client engagements within our Digital Advisory Services. You will guide end-to-end Workday deployments, model design, and integration efforts across ERP, HRIS, and CRM systems.

Join our collaborative team to deliver strategic FP&A programs, improve forecasting, and drive value for clients while mentoring others and contributing to thought leadership. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• At least 4 years implementing Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL skills for data integrations and configurations.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines and client relationships.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture processes, requirements and metrics.
• Serve as solution lead for optimization engagements with best practices.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday models, dashboards and scenarios.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
• Support business development with proposals and demos.
