Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join its Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, design and implement planning models, and guide clients through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting improvements.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage project teams, partner with clients across industries, and stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning enhancements while mentoring staff and contributing to practice growth. Some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong knowledge of model design, integrations, reporting, and scenario planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture business processes and KPI requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Mentor project teams and support business development activities.
• Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning enhancements and industry trends.
• Manage project risks, issues, and client expectations.
