Talent Groups in Texas is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning lead to redesign and configure the planning environment and drive data-model improvements.

You will partner with stakeholders, mentor the internal team, and deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced engagement. This role requires hands-on expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in urgent engagements.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning expertise.
• Experience leading implementations, redesigns, or complex model transformations.
• Strong understanding of Adaptive Planning data modeling, integrations, reporting, and workflows.
• Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, urgent engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the redesign and configuration of the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Assess and improve the existing data model and planning processes.
• Reduce reliance on hard-coded data and manual updates.
• Provide best-practice guidance and hands-on technical leadership.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align the solution with current needs.
• Train and mentor the internal team on ongoing administration and support.
