Deloitte's Workday Adaptive Planning Practice sits within the Enterprise Applications service line of Technology & Transformation. We focus on delivering expert financial planning solutions for global clients.

We are seeking a experienced leader to own end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Lead and own end-to-end delivery of Adaptive Planning implementations.
Strong ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions.
Experience translating business requirements into functional configurations.
Solid understanding of financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience working with Finance and HR stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong team leadership and ability to manage complex delivery environments.
Exposure to Adaptive Planning integrations and enterprise system landscapes.
Experience in Workforce Planning.
Broader experience across EPM tools and transformation programmes.
Accounting certification (CIMA, ACCA or similar).
Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate requirements into information models.
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités
