Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a seasoned Workday Adaptive Planning expert to own end-to-end client engagements across global enterprise clients. You will architect FP&A solutions, optimize post-production environments, and lead data-driven modeling initiatives within the Workday ecosystem.

As a strategic advisor, you will drive interactive sessions, assess business needs, and recommend future-proof Adaptive architectures while mentoring rising consultants and shaping the Adaptive practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, AMS support, or client leadership.
• Deep expertise in at least two core areas: Sheet/Structure Modeling, OfficeConnect/Reporting, Adaptive Security, or Native/Power of One integrations.
• Solid grasp of Workday reporting and how core financial/HCM data feeds into Adaptive.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent client projects and post-production initiatives without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Architect: own end-to-end client engagements from discovery to OfficeConnect setups for global clients.
• Bridge the Data: leverage Workday Core Reporting to pipeline data into Adaptive models.
• Be the Strategic Advisor: conduct client sessions, assess business needs, and propose future-proof FP&A architectures.
• Elevate the Team: review deliverables, mentor consultants, shape Kognitiv’s Adaptive practice.
