Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to join our global Workday team in a senior advisory role. You will drive business requirements, lead client workshops, and architect cohesive Workday Adaptive solutions across streams while applying Accenture methodologies.

The role involves travel up to 100% depending on client needs and you will collaborate with a large, diverse team delivering transformational Workday deployments.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies
