Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to drive architecture and delivery of Workday solutions for clients. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and architect cohesive work streams across advisory and delivery teams.

You will apply Workday and Accenture methodologies, mentor teams, and ensure successful transformations with hands-on Adaptive Insights experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if an Associate's degree, minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, perform functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and define support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education and alignment.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Architect Workday Adaptive Insights solutions ensuring cohesive work streams and cross-functional impact mitigation; advise on industry standards.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
