Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients in delivering integrated, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You’ll identify business requirements, design processes, prototype options, and train teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• 3+ years of consulting experience at lead or senior level
• 3+ years Hands-on Workday Adaptive experience
• 3+ years US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures
• Lead client education workshops
• Conduct sessions to gather and analyze business requirements
• Architect Workday Adaptive Insights solutions with cohesive cross-functional impacts
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
