Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an experienced Adaptive Consultant to deliver post-production Workday support and configuration across Workday Adaptive Insights modules.

You will work with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into practical, value-driven solutions and ensure successful deployments. In a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, you’ll gather requirements, design, test, and document configurations, mentor teammates, and uphold service levels while driving client

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading and deploying Workday implementations or Workday post-production/AMS services.
• Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive).
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in a remote environment.
• Experience delivering complex business solutions under tight deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s).
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather requirements and propose recommendations or alternatives.
• Assist clients in testing Workday Adaptive Insights configuration and develop documentation.
• Collaborate on team projects and continuously improve Workday deployments.
