Job summary

VirtualResource seeks an experienced Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to design, configure and optimize client Workday solutions. You will translate business requirements into best-practice configurations and provide ongoing guidance throughout deployments.

Responsibilities include workshops, testing support, user training, and managing multiple client engagements with clear stakeholder communication. English fluency is required; German/Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Absence & Time Tracking consulting.
• Experience configuring Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionality.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, especially absence and time tracking.
• Experience leading client workshops and translating needs into configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday Absence & Time Tracking solutions per client requirements.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Provide expert guidance through design, prototyping, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Advise on Workday functionality, enhancements and best practices for Absence & Time Tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other Workday modules.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple client engagements with clear stakeholder communications.
• Support project planning, status reporting and issue resolution.
