Calculated Hire is seeking a Workday Absence Business Systems Analyst for our Fortune 100 Financial Services Company. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical resources to support and enhance the Workday Absence module.

You will gather and refine business requirements, configure Workday solutions, support development efforts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing.
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence functionality based on business needs and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support development activities.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring successful deployment of enhancements and releases.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to optimize Workday capabilities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve functional defects.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, releases, and integration initiatives.
• Document business processes, system configurations, testing results, and user procedures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
