Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Workday to join our IT team in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with HR and IT to support Workday Core HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Learning while contributing to upgrades and integrations to drive our private equity client solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage configurations, and support annual open enrollment and year-end cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise HR applications implementation and management.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to deliver technology solutions.
• Experience with Agile software development and Six Sigma methods.
• Strong communication and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Core HCM modules including Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Learning.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Workday configurations and integrations.
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements and participate in testing with HR.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams, including vendors, to enable business goals.
