Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or at least 2 years in a business-related field or equivalent professional commercial landscape experience.
• Previous experience in initiating and processing customer service requests beyond the scope of the contract.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing of work orders.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to travel including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requests to determine the best solution and price.
• Examine past work orders to propose effective solutions.
• Provide scope of work options to meet customer objectives.
• Initiate and review work orders using pricing tools.
• Ensure work order scopes match pricing and supporting photos.
• Verify scope accuracy and process estimates.
• Discuss work specifics with customers when needed.
• Discuss estimates with contractors as needed.
• Record customer formatting and process requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the team.
• Ensure services meet customer SLAs and KPIs.
