Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Service Center Coordinator in Pensacola, FL to manage work order transactions, ensure accuracy, and support onsite teams with Yardi data and process adherence.

You will review, enter, and track work orders, coordinate maintenance assignments, train staff on policies, and provide real-time guidance to keep operations compliant and efficient across regional offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Input all required documentation for vendor and internal work orders prior to updating status. Provide feedback on discrepancies.
• Assist in assigning work orders to Maintenance Technicians/Vendors based on skills.
• Monitor that each technician is scheduled with a full day of work.
• Conduct daily reviews of open work orders for data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist with purchasing orders for vendor work orders and ensure PO approval before repairs.
