Job summary

Allsup LLC is seeking a Work Incentive Specialist to serve as the primary contact for employed beneficiaries in the Return to Work program. You will build positive relationships, manage calls, review correspondence, and complete forms to support Social Security Ticket-to-Work initiatives.

The role emphasizes education on the program, flexible scheduling with some work-from-home options, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required).
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and apply information quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employed beneficiaries in Allsup Employment Services Return to Work program.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage conversations, and build rapport.
• Review correspondence and complete necessary forms.
• Educate beneficiaries about SSA Ticket-to-Work and promote ongoing participation.
