Job summary

Allsup, LLC is seeking a Work Incentive Specialist to serve as the primary contact for employed beneficiaries within the Return to Work program. You will build positive relationships and deliver ongoing support as beneficiaries navigate Social Security’s Ticket-to-Work.

The role involves handling calls, managing conversations, and reviewing forms while providing education on the program to encourage continued participation and achievement of performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required)
• 1–2 years' customer service experience
• Ability to learn, retain and apply information
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills
• Must be flexible, adaptive and responsive to change
• Highly motivated and target driven

About the role

• The Work Incentive Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employed beneficiaries as it relates to Allsup Employment Services Return to Work program. The Work Incentive Specialist is responsible for building a positive relationship with the employed beneficiary.
