Job summary

Allsup, LLC is seeking a Work Incentive Specialist to serve as the primary contact for employed beneficiaries in the Return to Work program. You will build positive relationships with beneficiaries and help navigate Social Security Administration programs.

The role involves handling calls, educating participants about the Ticket-to-Work program, and meeting performance targets. A bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience, with 1–2 years in customer service and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required).
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn, retain and apply information.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills.
