Allsup, LLC is seeking a Work Incentive Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for employed beneficiaries in the Return to Work program. You will build positive relationships, manage calls, and provide ongoing education about the Ticket-to-Work program to encourage continued participation.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, achievement of performance targets, and potential monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required).
• 1–2 years’ customer service experience.
• Ability to learn, retain and apply information.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Effectively manage conversations.
• Build rapport and redirect conversation.
• Review correspondence.
