Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design custom trips and convert consultative conversations into confirmed bookings. You will guide clients from initial questions to final reservations, covering solo escapes, group getaways, weddings, and family travel.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a passion for travel, with full training and ongoing coaching from our collaborative team.

• Excellent communication and people skills, able to guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools like CRMs and booking engines.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans (flights, stays, tours, cruises, packages) around client budgets and preferences.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present options, and close the sale.
• Resolve questions promptly (payments, date changes, upgrades, add-ons).
• Share insider knowledge and timely deals to enhance each trip.
• Stay with clients from planning to post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation - whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish - pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
