Description

• Assist families by offering financial protection in case of critical illness or passing away.
• Engage with families requesting information about our programs.
• Work in areas such as Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with responders sent to our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with clients via in-person or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your sales numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• No cold-calling or prospecting required.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position; not an employee role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (pre-licensing training provided free).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with smartphones, computers, or iPads.
• Must have a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
