Join us as a Work From Home Sales Representative at Oak Grove Financial, LLC

Compensation: Commission Only

This is a genuine WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description

• We help protect families financially against critical illness or death.
• Our services are highly valued by the families we serve, who seek information about our programs.
• Our focus areas include Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with responders sent to our office by prospective clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families in person or via video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your activity and results to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) sales position.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (pre-licensing provided free of charge)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency with smartphone, computer, or iPad
• Must have a computer or tablet with a webcam
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated
