Role Description

This full-time remote role as an Insurance Specialist focuses on helping working families understand and obtain appropriate insurance coverage. The Insurance Specialist will handle inbound and outbound communications, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing customer service to existing policyholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, working with finance and underwriting teams to ensure proper documentation, and meeting individual and team performance targets. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in virtual training sessions are key components of success in this position.
