Job summary

Berea College seeks a Work College Initiatives Coordinator to support the Dean of the Work College Program. The role blends project management and the MoneyWi$e financial wellness program for students, with an emphasis on coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment with program goals.

You will supervise student workers, develop financial literacy offerings, and partner with Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, and faculty to continually improve curricular and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, higher education, finance, or related field.
• Willing to work evenings and some weekends during the academic term.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dean for the Work College Program on assigned projects and coordinate timelines.
• Partner with Academic Affairs staff on collaborative projects to align student support efforts across divisions.
• Develop and implement joint programming, communications, and referral pathways between the Work College Program and Academic Affairs.
• Manage data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.
