Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related full-time experience in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience with Banner, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and QuickBooks and reporting software.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the finance team within the Division of Online and Continuing Education to provide financial information to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Generate profit and loss reports for assigned programs using specific software and monitor all expenses to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Stay current on campus policies and procedures for compliance with auditing requirements; coordinate financial requests such as purchase requisitions, funds transfers, budget transfers, PARs and ePars.
