The role covers coordinating workshops, webinars, and personalized sessions, creating promotional materials, and managing calendars and landing pages using HubSpot and Microsoft Bookings—delivering client wellness education across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client education programs.
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support client financial education programs (workshops, webinars, sessions).
• Develop promotional materials aligned with client needs and objectives.
• Coordinate logistics for education events (scheduling, decks, participant communication).
• Maintain positive client relationships with clear, timely communication.
• Monitor program effectiveness and propose improvements from feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
