Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated program lead to oversee the Work-Based Learning (WBL) initiative at our Mississippi center. You will ensure students participate in on- and off-Center trainings and provide employability coaching to support job placement and education goals.

You will coordinate transportation, develop MOUs with employer sites, and monitor OSHA and site inspections while maintaining compliant student records and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience in group facilitation or student management preferred.
• Computer literacy with spreadsheets and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Provide employability training leading to full-time jobs or further education.
• Oversee Work-Based Learning (WBL) program and ensure active student participation.
• Coordinate transportation services and evaluate competencies.
• Establish MOUs with WBL sites and conduct OSHA/site inspections.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Offer career counseling and mentoring to students.
