Job summary

The role ensures all work positions are documented with site agreements, signatures, and Training Achievement Records, contributing to a compliant, effective WBL operation.

You will recruit, enroll, and monitor students, coordinate transportation to worksites, orient participants, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to effectively assist students in career choices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Knowledge of local career and technical education opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and market the work-based learning program.
• Recruit, enroll, and monitor students in the WBL programs.
• Coordinate transportation of students to work sites.
• Develop and maintain handbooks, guides, or brochures for WBL.
• Conduct orientations for students identified for the WBL program.
• Train work-based learning supervisors on procedures.
