Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in career development, education, business, human resources, counseling, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in career services, workforce development, employer engagement, recruiting, or student services.
• Experience providing direct service, coaching, advising, instruction, or case coordination to students or job seekers.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, or programs requiring follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internships, externships, co-ops, job shadows, apprenticeships, and other work-based learning experiences.
• Guide intake, readiness review, placement matching, onboarding, and completion processes for students.
• Maintain employer relationships and coordinate events, recruitment, and program reporting.
• Administer data quality for career platforms, LMS, and first-destination surveys.
