Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Center Director to oversee the Job Corps site in Mississippi. You will supervise Student Services, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with Adams Corporate Offices on center activities.

Responsibilities include safeguarding student data, leading Wellness and Career Transition Services, maintaining a safe and effective center environment, and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality programs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required.
• A valid in-state teaching certificate preferred.
• Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management to assigned functions and ensures program progress.
• Supervises and manages the Student Services and Department and leads the Adams and Associates, Inc. Director at the Site of Operation.
• Ensures Wellness Services are provided and coordinates with Center and Adams Corporate Offices on contract compliance.
• Analyses systems/data, interprets policy, and responds to DOL/Company requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
• Follows HR policies and ensures staff accountability and development.
• Fosters community linkages and promotes a positive image of Job Corps at the Center.
